Grilled Onigiri with Caramelized Soy Sauce Aroma

Made with domestically grown rice and the aroma of caramelized soy sauce. Two kinds of dashi—bonito and flying fish—are used, and the onigiri is cooked in a direct-fire kiln to a fluffy finish, locking the dashi umami into every grain.
