Chugoku Region × RCC Radio Collab: Itadaki Muscle! Giant Onigiri with Ume Hijiki (Moji-mugi Rice Included)

A collaboration item with RCC Radio’s Heisei Radio Variety Gozen-sama-sama. A large onigiri made with dashi-brewed rice containing mochi-mugi (glutinous barley), folded with crispy ume and shiso hijiki. Not available in some areas of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
