Morioka Jajamen (Tohoku)

Soft, chewy 350 g noodles with jajamen miso (meat miso), cucumber, and red pickled ginger. Mix in the included vinegar, chili oil, and grated garlic to taste. A Morioka City specialty from Iwate Prefecture. Note: Not available in some areas of the Tohoku region and in parts of Niigata Prefecture.
