Tohoku Sasanaga Miso – Green Shiso Flavor

An onigiri made with miso from Sasanaga Brewery in Iwate. The Sasanaga Miso is simmered with soy sauce and mirin, then blended with dried green shiso to highlight the miso and shiso flavors. Note: Not available in some areas of Niigata Prefecture.
